The invention relates to a system-compatible data frame conversion method. The method comprises the following steps of: delaying a first system frame in a first system for a first threshold value time; combining an uplink pilot time slot in the first system frame with a guaranteed time slot to serve as a first guaranteed time slot, so that the first guaranteed time slot and a second first guaranteed time slot in a special subframe in a second system frame are provided with a first common guaranteed time slot; expanding the first common guaranteed time slot into a second common guaranteed time slot; and converting the downlink subframe into the uplink subframe in the first system and the second system in the second common guaranteed time slot.
