The invention discloses an intelligentized distribution processing method for network files. The method comprises the following steps: preparing resource files; preparing resource executing process files which include file information of the resource files and executive instruction sets; packaging the resource files and the resource executing process files to generate packed files; transmitting the packed files to clients; reading the resource executing process files in the packed files by the clients; analyzing resource the executing process files by the clients to generate execution lists; executing events in the execution lists with the resource files by the clients. The method shortens network interaction time and queuing time generated by users' secondary operations.
