The invention discloses an integral type valve block device of a hydraulic system of a paper cutting machine, comprising a valve block, a paper pressing solenoid valve (4), a paper pressing pressure adjusting valve (2), a cutting solenoid valve (3) and a cutting pressure adjusting valve (9), wherein the valve block is in an integral type structure and forms a valve body (16); and the paper pressing solenoid valve, the paper pressing pressure adjusting valve, the cutting solenoid valve and the cutting pressure adjusting valve are in plug-in type structures and are plugged on the valve body. The valve body is further provided with a plug-in type lock pressure solenoid valve. The valve body is further provided with a cutting one-way throttling valve. According to the invention, the valve body is in an integral type structure and a uniform whole valve body is formed, and the relative solenoid valves and pressure adjusting valves are in the plug-in type structures, so that the structure of a product is simplified
