Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) primer combination and a PCR method for quantifying the transcriptional level of mice aldehyde oxidase. A nucleotide sequence of the PCR primer combination is as follows: forward: 5'-ACTGCGTGGGCCATCTTGTCTG-3'; and backward: 5'-TTCCTGGCCGCCTATGTGTATTTC-3'. With the adoption of the primer disclosed by the invention, the transcriptional level of the mice aldehyde oxidase is quantified and the method is simple and accurate. Furthermore, the specificity of the primer is strong and is not interfered by other genes, so that an effective tool is provided for researching functions of the mice aldehyde oxidase and influences of other factors on the primer.
