Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a solution method for producing a butyl rubber inner tire. A production formula comprises, by weight: 100 parts of butyl rubber, 1 part of stearic acid, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 62-78 parts of carbon black, 15-25 parts of naphthenic oil, 3-5 parts of resin, 1-1.5 parts of promoter TMTD, 1 part of rubber sulfuration promoter ZDC and 1-1.5 parts of sulphur. The carbon black comprises 12-18 parts of N550 and 50-60 parts of N660. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing in an internal mixer at 160 DEG C; filtering rubber and vulcanizing: filtering rubber with a rubber filtering temperature no more than 130 DEG C, starting the internal mixer to add sulphur and promoter for mixing, with a rubber temperature controlled below 100 DEG C; carrying out cooking on the rubber treated with mixing with a cooking temperature at 80 DEG C and a die temperature maintained at 115 DEG C; jointing for 4 s by a splicer; and inflating for fixing and vulcanizing at high temperature no less than 170 D
