The method comprises the following steps of: filtering and removing solid particles of the red clover fresh grass preprocessing waste water to obtain primary waste water; acidizing the primary waste water until pH is equal to 3.5-4.5 through stirring; still standing, subsiding and filtering to obtain sediments and secondary waste water; adjusting the pH value of the sediments to be 6.5-7.5, then drying, grinding, and using the sediments for preparing animal roughages; and neutralizing the secondary waste water through alkali, and then directly using the secondary water as agriculture irrigating water, or processing the secondary water through an activated sludge aerobic aeration fermentation method, and then using the secondary water for irrigating farmlands.
