The invention discloses a cutting-free gear manufacturing process, which involves a crushing device for crushing waste solids in sewage, an anaerobic decomposition cell arranged at the rear side of the crushing device, an earthworm filtering cell communicating with the anaerobic decomposition cell, an aerobic decomposition cell communicating with the earthworm filtering cell, a settling tank communicating with the aerobic decomposition cell and the anaerobic decomposition cell, a zeolite filtering cell communicating with the settling tank, a disinfection cell communicating with the zeolite filtering cell, and a sewage detection device for detecting the quality of water output from the disinfection cell. The invention requires little maintenance costs and regular maintenance and inspection of sludge state, and has long maintenance period time.
