The spraying unit comprises a loading platform arranged on the bracket and a spraying mechanism arranged above the loading platform; the loading platform comprises a rotating platform arranged horizontally and a rotating motor fixedly arranged below the rotating platform; the spraying mechanism comprises a spraying rod arranged above and coaxial with the rotating platform, and capable of lifting perpendicularly; the lower end of the spraying rod is provided with a spraying part; and the spraying unit further comprises a powder return system covering the loading platform. The invention has the advantages of even spraying, good surface treatment effect, no stacking, powder saving and low usage cost.
