Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a detection signal correction method of an angular transducer which can remove offset voltage values generated in Hall elements according to peripheral temperatures to raise measurement accuracy of small angles. An angle detection sensor formed by Hall elements is configured that when a magnetic induction strength testing surface, i.e. a chip surface is parallel to a magnetic flow direction, theta is equal to zero. Through supplying constant current to output of the sensor, offset voltage values are generated in an inner resistor with no relation to angle change and overlapped to the output. In order to obtain the offset voltage values, constant current is supplied to the sensor at a magnetic field free state; meanwhile temperatures are changed and outputted data is calculated. Tables of offset voltage values relative to the temperatures are made according to data. In angle measurement, peripheral temperatures are measured and are removed from the output in the tables storing the offset |
