The invention provides an inner hole chamfer depth gauge. A gauge body is a hollow cylinder; the middle upper portion of a sliding measuring head is a cylindrical sliding guide column which is matched with the gauge body, a flat groove is arranged on a side of the sliding guide column, and the lower portion of the sliding measuring head is a cone measuring head for detecting chamfer depths; and a threaded through hole is arranged on a side of the gauge body, a limiting screw is arranged in the threaded through hole, and the top of the limiting screw is screwed in the flat groove of the sliding guide column so as to limit an axial movement range of the sliding measuring head in the gauge body.
