Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a valve array controller based on a mobile communication network and a control method. The valve array controller comprises a master controller module, a power supply battery, a wireless communication module and a positioning module, wherein the wireless communication module is connected with the master controller module; an IC (Integrated Circuit) card base is arranged onthe wireless communication module; a wireless communication antenna is connected with the wireless communication module; a positioning antenna is connected with the positioning module; and an output end of the master controller module is connected with a valve array driving module. The control method comprises the following steps of: 1) assembling the valve array controller and connecting the valve array controller and a valve array; 2) initializing the valve array controller and setting a 'reply number' and a 'control number'; and 3) controlling the valve array through an external control host machine and the valve a
