Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses pure-copper-ammonia jacquard fabric consisting of warps and wefts in a woven manner. Both the warps and the wefts are 75-150D (denier) pure-copper-ammonia filaments. The warp-wise density ranges from 429/10cm to 600/10cm, the weft-wise density ranges from 310/10cm to 429/10cm. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a production method of the pure-copper-ammonia jacquard fabric. The production method includes the following steps of firstly, selecting the copper ammonia filaments as raw materials; secondly, beaming until the thickness of copper ammonia filaments wound on a beaming shaft is not more than 5mm; thirdly, pulping and keeping the speed of a yarn guide roll of a pulping machine lower than the speed of a pulping roll during pulping; fourthly, shaft integrating; fifthly, threading harness wires and inserting reed; and sixthly, weaving on the machine.
