Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a laser cladding method belonging to the field of laser machining. The laser cladding method is characterized in that a laser cladding layer is formed through melting alloy powder for laser cladding on the surface of an upright of a hydraulic support by utilizing a laser beam emitted by a semiconductor laser; the semiconductor laser takes a semiconductor material as a working substance and emits light by utilizing the transition of the semiconductor material between energy bands; and the upright of the hydraulic support is mainly made of 27SiMn alloy steel materials. The laser cladding method can be used for increasing the energy absorption efficiency of the laser beam and is high in electric energy utilization ratio so that the power consumption is reduced.
