The method comprises the following steps of: (a) primary acid leaching under pressure: carrying out primary acid leaching under pressure on zinc sulfide concentrate powder under the conditions that oxygen gas and acid are introduced and the temperature, the pressure and the leaching time are controlled to obtain waste gas; (b) waste gas desulfurization: desulfurizing the waste gas obtained in the step (a) under the conditions of preset temperature and preset pressure to obtain desulfurization oxygen; and (c) secondary acid leaching under pressure: feeding primary lixivium into a secondary autoclave, carrying out neutralization reaction to consume free acid in the solution by using zinc sulfide concentrate powder under the conditions that the desulfurization oxygen is introduced and the temperature, the pressure and the leaching time are controlled, and oxidizing
