The method comprises one or a plurality of steps as follows: (a) filtering glycoprotein-containing solution with a microporous membrane; (b) filtering the glycoprotein-containing solution with a nano-filtration membrane or an ultrafiltration membrane; and (c) carrying out anion exchange chromatography to the glycoprotein-containing solution, wherein the order of the steps can be randomly exchanged. |
