Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for producing a gypsum air-entrapping insulation board, and relates to inorganic thermal insulation material. The invention aims at solving the problem that the thermal insulation material of the outer wall of the existing building is easy to burn, easy to age, and water-resistant. The method comprises the following steps of: taking high-strength gypsum, calcium oxide and coal ash as binding material, firstly, adding water and bubble stabilizer into the binding material, evenly stirring into slurry, blowing compressed air into the slurry; and secondly, injecting the slurry into a mould, pouring into an insulation board, demoulding after the insulation board is solidified, and putting the insulation board into a hot and humid environment to be maintained. The binding material comprises the following components by weight percent: 30%-40% of high-strength gypsum, 30%-40% of coal ash and 25%-30% of calcium oxide.
