According to the treatment method, by simply processing the waste water through the waste and old metal slag matters containing iron and carbon, the equipment is not corroded any more by the cyanuric chloride waste water in the process of evaporating; the technique is simple and easy to practice, and little in investment; furthermore, the waste and old materials can be utilized; and after the technique is put into operation, the service life of the equipment can be largely prolonged, so that conditions for well operation of the production is created.
