Thinned lining airtight layer component for radial tire

The invention discloses a thinned lining airtight layer component for a radial tire, which comprises an airtight layer rubber sheet and a transition layer rubber sheet, wherein the thinned airtight layer rubber sheet is made of halogenated butyl rubber or a substrate after halogenated butyl rubber is mixed with a small quantity of natural rubber during the use; the thinned transition layer rubber sheet is made of a natural rubber substrate; rolling rubber application and composite rolling are carried out according to a production process of a lining airtight layer of the radial tire to make a lining airtight layer sheet of which the overall thickness is thinned by 5-50 percent of standard width compared with a part produced by a traditional production process; and then the thinned lining airtight layer sheet is radiated and presulfurized by adopting an electronic accelerator irradiation device. The thinned lining airtight layer component has the advantages of thinned lining airtight layer structure, low consu
