Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a manufacture method of cone annular spherical steel workpieces. A plate is formed into a spherical blank with a bottom by a rotary pressing method. The obtained spherical blank with the bottom is subjected to heat treatment including annealing treatment and tempering treatment after quenching, then, the mechanical processing is carried out, and spherical parts without the bottom are obtained. For raw materials of the processed parts, the plates are used for replacing open die forgings or die forgings, the consumption of the raw materials is reduced by 85 percent, and the brake cost is effectively reduced. Meanwhile, compared with the open die forging forming method adopted in the prior art, the rotary pressing process adopted for preparing the spherical parts with bottoms has the advantages that a large amount of turning blank preparation time is reduced, the work efficiency is improved by more than one time, and the production cost is reduced by about 30 percent. |
