The invention discloses a slit filling device suitable for filling filler in slits of airplane skin. The slit filling device comprises a glue gun (1), a pneumatic motor (2), a connecting support (3), a switch-over element (4), a fixture component (5), a vibration housing (6), a bush (7), a protecting casing (8) and a cam (9), wherein the switch-over element (4), the fixture component (5), the vibration housing (6), the bush (7) and the cam (9) form a low-frequency vibration reciprocating component. The low-frequency vibration reciprocating component is driven by the pneumatic motor (2) to fill an aviation sealant into slits of the airplane skin. The protecting casing (8) is sleeved on a shell of the pneumatic motor (2); the glue gun (1) and pneumatic motor (2) are bound together by the connecting support (3). The fixture component (5) is connected with the vibration housing (6) through a fifth screw (55). The cam (9) is placed in the bush (7) and connected with an output shaft of the pneumatic motor (2). The
