Zusammenfassung:A method of electrical impedance tomography (EIT) is specified where data analysis and reconstruction are possible .The method comprises identifying an electrode A which is not in contact with the body of a subject in a fault state A, by measuring impedance; performing current injections in such a way that at least the electrode in a fault state A is skipped over; and determining voltage potentials in the region of the faulty electrode in such a way that the electrode in a fault state A is skipped over at least once.
