Zusammenfassung:	Provided is an electric power interchange system wherein electricity generated by electricity generation devices is interchanged between electricity consumers in a residential complex. Each electricity consumer generates electricity using an electricity generation device and receives a commercial AC electric power supply via a shared electric power supply system. The amount of electric power supplied to each electricity consumer is managed by an electric power management device. The electric power management device manages the surplus electric power amount of one electricity consumer and the required electric power amount of another electricity consumer and supplies the surplus power from the former electricity consumer to the latter electricity consumer via the electric power supply system.
