The invention relates to a part of blending equipment of a road building machine, in particular to a stirring cylinder of a water-stable blending tower. The stirring cylinder comprises a stirring cylinder bracket, a stirring cylinder pot body, a blending system and a power system, wherein the power system comprises motors, speed reducers and synchronous transmission gears; the blending system comprises the stirring cylinder pot body and stirrers; and each stirrer consists of a stirring shaft, stirring arms and stirring blades.
