Preparation method of vinasse-type bio-organic fertilizer

The invention discloses a preparation method of a vinasse-type bio-organic fertilizer, comprising the following steps of: (1) preparation of an aspergillus fumigatus seed culture solution, which comprises a, preparing a seed culture medium, b, revivifying seeds, c, activating the seeds and d, carrying out spread culture on the seeds; and (2) preparation of a bio-organic fertilizer, which comprises uniformly mixing vinasse and water in a mass ratio of (1: 1)-(1: 2) to obtain a culture medium matrix, inoculating 2-6% of aspergillus fumigatus seed culture solution in a liquid-solid ratio ml/g, and culturing for 4-7 days with a ventilatory capacity of 15-30% at the temperature of 42-48 DEG C. The vinasse-type bio-organic fertilizer obtained by using the preparation method disclosed by the invention is short in production cycle, less in odour and high in utilization rate.
