Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an ash iron material which comprises the alloy components by weight percent: 3.27-3.33% of C, 2%-2.2% of Si, 0.7%-0.75% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.06% of P, 0.08%-0.12% of S, 0.48%-0.52% of Cu, less than or equal to 0.03% of Sn and the balance of Fe. The invention also discloses preparation technology of the ash iron material and a pressure plate made of the ash iron material. The ash iron material does not contain C-type graphite, the content of D+E type graphite in the ash iron material is less than or equal to 5%, the content of pearlite is more than or equal to 95%, the tensile strength of a body is more than or equal to 260MPa, the hardness of the body is 198-210HB, and the graphite length of the body is 4-6 grade. When the ash iron material is applied to the pressure plate, the pressure plate correspondingly has the materials and the using performances.
