Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of synthesis of adamantane derivatives, and discloses a method for synthesizing trans-4-amino-1-hydroxy adamantane hydrochloride. 5-hydroxy-2-adamantanone is used as a raw material, aqueous ammonia is used as a solvent, 4-amino-1-hydroxy adamantane is obtained by palladium-carbon hydrogenation reduction, 4-amino-1-hydroxy adamantane is acidified into a salt, and thus trans-4-amino-1-hydroxy adamantane hydrochloride is obtained. By using the cheap and readily available aqueous ammonia as the reaction system, the method has high atom economy, and meets the requirement of green chemistry; and the method is few in reaction steps, convenient to operate and high in yield, and is favorable for development of mass production.
