Non-woven fabric mangle roller

The invention relates to a non-woven fabric mangle roller. The mangle roller comprises a roller core, discs, pins and a non-woven fabric, wherein an anti-corrosion coating is coated on the surface of the roller core and is coated by the non-woven fabric; and the non-woven fabric is fixed by the discs and the pins on the two sides of the roller core respectively. The mangle roller has the following advantages that the pick-up of the mangle roller is reduced by 10-20% compared with that of the traditional rubber mangle rollers; the service life of the mangle roller is prolonged by about five times compared with the service lives of the traditional rubber mangle rollers; the axial pick-up is uniform; and the mangle roller has the capability of self-heating minor damages.
