Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to bedding, in particular to a pillow. The pillow comprises a pillow body and a pillow cover, wherein the pillow body comprises a high-elastic sponge pillow core, an air bag and a polyether type polyurethane sponge pillow core; the whole high-elastic sponge pillow core is sheathed in the air bag; the whole or part air bag is sheathed in the polyether type polyurethane sponge pillow core; the air bag is provided with an air pipe which is connected with an air valve; and the air valve is arranged at one corner of the pillow cover. The elasticity and the height of the pillow can be adjusted, so that the pillow has the function of ensuring the blood flow of the neck of the human body to be smooth.
