Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a palladium alumina for production of hydrogen peroxide by an anthraquinone process. The catalyst comprises gamma-Al2O3 as the carrier, the content of which is over 97wt%; and metal palladium as the main active component, the loading of which is 0.1wt%-0.5wt% and the dipping thickness of which is from 10 micrometers to 100 micrometers. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the catalyst, and the method consists of: roasting aluminum hydroxide, mixing the roasted aluminum hydroxide with pseudoboehmite, then adding a pore-expanding agent for molding, conducting surface treatment so as to obtain a catalyst carrier, then performing pre-spraying on the carrier with a locating agent, carrying out drying, and then putting the carrier into a chloropalladate solution for dipping. With appropriate specific surface area, pore volume and pore size distribution, the palladium catalyst provided in the invention is difficult to shed and fragment.
