Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to medium-silicon abrasion-resistant manganese steel which comprises 1.55 to 5 of silicon, 0.9 to 1.8 of carbon, 6 to 14 of manganese, 0.02 to 0.1 of phosphorus, 0.01 to0.1 of sulfur and 0 to 1.8 of copper. A cast structure that a large amount of spheroidal carbonide is uniformly distributed in an austenite substrate is obtained by composite modification treatment. By combination of different ingredients, the medium-silicon abrasion-resistant manganese steel can meet the performance requirements under different operating conditions of impact grinding abrasion bywater toughening in a casting state or at lower temperature. Compared with high-manganese steel, the medium-silicon abrasion-resistant manganese steel has obviously enhanced abrasion resistance by higher matching between toughness and hardness. In addition, the medium-silicon abrasion-resistant manganese steel has the advantages of low production cost, simple technology and fine abrasion resistance. The medium-silicon abrasion-resistant manganese steel is applicable to abrasion-resistant parts used under different operating conditions of high impact grinding abrasion, medium impact grinding abrasion and low impact grinding abrasion. |
