The process preparing the excellent-performance emitter without the dead layer by dispersing prior to felting is capable of effectively removing dead layer emitter area on the surface of the solar cells, improving short-wave response of the solar cells, reducing dark current and improving open-circuit voltage of the solar cells effectively and is easy in industrial production.
