Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a method for manufacturing protective glass having desired impact resistance performance for a display apparatus via chemical reinforcement. The method comprises: a manufacturing procedure that makes the raw sheet of the glass for the display apparatus into a glass sheet having regulated shape, a cleaning procedure for cleaning the glass sheet, and a chemical reinforcement procedure for carrying out chemical reinforcement over the cleaned glass sheet, wherein during the cleaning procedure, the glass sheet is cleaned by making the front end of the roller brush contact with at least one major surface of the glass sheet, thus to make the BOR strength of the glass sheet reach beyond 400N during the period after cleaning procedure and before chemical reinforcement.
