The invention discloses soft biological fillers and a manufacturing method of the soft biological fillers, belonging to the field of sewage treatment. The soft biological fillers are long-strip-shaped chemical fiber composite yarns, wherein one side of the long strip shape is provided with a warp and weft interweaved component with a first length; the opposite side of the side is provided with a warp and weft interweaved component with a second length; a warp component with a third length is fully distributed between one side and the opposite side; and the width of the warp component is more than that of the warp and weft interweaved component.
