Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a polyester silk bubble velvet fabric and production method thereof, wherein the polyester silk bubble velvet fabric comprises 50-70% of 167 dtex/288F polyester interlaced yarns serving as a cashmere yarn raw material and 50-30% of 167 dtex/48F of polyester interlaced yarns serving as a bottom yarn raw material in terms of mass percentage. The production method of the polyester silk bubble velvet fabric comprises the steps of weaving the raw materials through a 16-pin flat knitting machine, pre-shaping, dyeing, dehydrating and softening, shaping in the middle, carding, fleecing and shaping the finished products. The spherical and convex bubbles on the outer surface of the polyester silk bubble velvet fabric are soft and uniformly distributed; and the polyester silk bubble velvet fabric has a comfortable overall hand feel and strong flexible three-dimensional sense and gives a warm and comfortable feeling.
