The water-based environment-friendly nitrolacquer comprises, in weight percentage, 8-10% of water-based resin, 2-3% of plasticizer, 0.5-1% of dispersing agent, 4-5% of ethyl ester, 6-8% of butyl ester, 20-25% of low-second nitrocellulose, 6-10% of butyl alcohol, 2-3% of emulsion, 1-2% of construction binder and the balance water. The water-based environment-friendly nitrolacquer is highly environment-friendly, low in production cost and excellent in performance.
