The rolling device and the processing method have the advantages that end surfaces and inner holes of stamping parts are rolled by the special rolling head, the requirement on finish machining of plates is met assuredly, the problem that the plate parts need to be turned again is avoided, durability of the parts is improved, production efficiency is enhanced, and materials are saved.
