Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a light bar and a lighting device. The light bar comprises a base board which is provided with a reference line, at least two first lighting units and at least two second lighting units. The at least two first lighting units are arranged on the base board and are apart from the reference line for a first distance, and the at least two second lighting units are arranged on the base board and are apart from the reference line for a second distance. The second distance is larger than the first distance. The first lighting units and the second lighting units are mutually arranged in stagger or mutually align to each other, and the first lighting units and the second lighting units are located in a same horizontal plane.
