Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a construction method of pouring a sand-aerated heat-insulating material into a steel-structure box type column-beam, comprising the following steps: (1) installing a plurality of diaphragm plates arranged at intervals in the steel column-beam and forming a plurality of separating boxes, wherein a middle flow hole is arranged in the middle of each diaphragm plate; (2) pouring the sand-aerated heat-insulating material into the steel column-beam through pour holes on side walls of the diaphragm plates, wherein the sand-aerated heat-insulating material poured into the steel column-beam flows again through the flow holes on the diaphragm plates; and (3) after the sand-aerated heat-insulating material is poured, maintaining the heat-insulating material till the heat-insulating material is expanded to fill the separating boxes of the steel column-beam and after the strength and the volume of the poured heat-insulating material are up to a standard, hoisting for the installation of the steel-structure steel column-beam. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the problem that cold bridge generates at local part of the steel-structure box type column-beam is solved. |
