Specifically, the polycarbonate resin composition having repeating structure units represented by the following chemical formula 1, comprises specific amount of sulfonate flame retardant which is modified by using lactones endowed with a flame retardancy, besides linear polycarbonate resin, a polycarbonate base resin also comprises braching polycarbonate resin, therefore, the forming body which can maintain the transparency of the polycarbonate resin and also can have the good flame retardancy (UL94-V0) can be obtained.
