The method comprises the following steps of: dissolving a decumbent corydalis tuber extract, heating, and keeping temperature; heating auxiliary materials for dissolving; and regulating the pH value, regulating permeation pressure, stirring and mixing uniformly, filtering and packaging into separate bags.
