Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a service opening resource configuration method based on address information and a system thereof and relates to the resource configuration when a service is opened in the telecommunication field. The method comprises the following steps: receiving input address information; determining a DP resource from an address base according to the address information, wherein the address base stores the DP resource and service area address information corresponding to the DP resource; determining resource configuration routing according to the DP resource; determining that the resource configuration routing possesses the idle resource.
