Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for detecting the color of a calcium ascorbate solution. According to the method, an acidic solution is added in the detected calcium ascorbate solution, the PH value is adjusted to be 4.8-5.4 and the absorbency is determined at 420nm wavelength by a spectrophotometer. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the technical defect that the stable solution color cannot be determined by the spectrophotometer due to variable colors of the calcium ascorbate solution is fundamentally overcome and the color of the calcium ascorbate solution can be accurately detected by using the spectrophotometer. The method is favorable in precision and accuracy and can meet the requirement for quality check of products.
