The thermoelectric integrated device comprises a water tank, at least two hollow glass tubes, heat pipes and heat absorbing plates, the quantities of the heat pipes and the heat absorbing plates are identical to the quantity of the hollow glasstubes, a silicon cell laying plate is arranged in each hollow glass tube along the length direction of the hollow glass tube, silicon cells are laid on upper surfaces of the silicon cell laying plates, and are serially connected according to required voltage, leads of the silicon cells extend out of openings of the hollow glass tubes, suspended hollow brackets are arranged on lower surfaces of the silicon cell laying plates at intervals, slots are disposed at bottoms of the hollow brackets, the heat pipes penetrate through insides of the hollow brackets, upper ends of the heat absorbing plates are inserted in the slot |
