Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a control method of hollow gear shaft carburization and quenching distortion. The original hollow gear shaft production process foundation is improved; and a through hole is formed on a hollow gear shaft after the carburization process and before the quenching process, and the allowance is 8-12mm. By adopting the control method disclosed by the invention, the loin-drum deformation and axial deformation can be greatly reduced; and simultaneously the addendum circle size is slightly larger than that before quenching, the size off-tolerance of the addendum circle and the common normal line is completely avoided, the amount of the subsequent processing is reduced, the cost is saved, the efficiency is increased and the control method has the advantage of obvious economic benefit.
