Hydrolysis treatment method of straw hemicellulose

The invention discloses a hydrolysis treatment method of straw hemicellulose, which includes loading straw raw materials into a hydrolysis tank, pickling, discharging free acid liquid, introducing steam into the hydrolysis tank and hydrolyzing the hemicellulose of pickled straws. The method saves large work load of smashing the straws in a traditional method and saves a large amount of labor and materials. By means of the method, pickling and hydrolyzing are both conducted in the hydrolysis tank, and compared with a traditional method of pickling in a pickling tank, then taking out the straws and loading the straws into the hydrolysis tank to be hydrolyzed, the method saves the pickling tank and a large amount of labor and devices.
