Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an itaconate/isoprene copolymer type bio-based engineering elastomer and a preparation method thereof. Itaconic acid, aliphatic monohydric alcohol and isoprene are used as raw materials; an aliphatic copolymer of which the number-average molecular weight is between 52500 to 502563 and the weight-average molecular weight is between 135230 to 1503263 is synthesized through a method of firstly preparing an itaconate monomer and then copolymerizing the itaconate monomer with isoprene emulsion; and then the itaconate-isoprene copolymer type bio-based engineering elastomer is manufactured through chemical cross-linking. The cross-linking process can be realized through a traditional sulphur-accelerator system, and intensifiers (such as carbon black and white carbon black) can be further added, so as to improve the mechanical performance.
