Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a tumor developer folate-poly hydroxyethyl acrylate-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid, and belongs to the field of organic chemistry and medicines. The method comprises the following steps of: heating and polymerizing azo isovaleric acid, N-(3-aminopropyl)methacrylamide hydrochloride, and hydroxyethyl methacrylate under the protection of nitrogen to obtain a poly hydroxyethyl acrylate polymer, dissolving the polymer, adding triethylamine used as a catalyst, and stirring the triethylamine and synthesized folate hydroxyl succinum ester to obtaina polymer modified by folate; and dissolving the polymer modified by folate, adding diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA), purifying to obtain the folate--poly hydroxyethyl acrylate-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid. The product is used for technetium, rolling and other markers, can be conveniently prepared into single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) developers, and c
