Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a low-pressure quick drainage mold, which comprises two gypsum half molds oppositely combined with each other. A grid-shaped inflating pore net is distributed in an integral mold wall of each gypsum half mold, pore passages which form the inflating pore net in each gypsum half mold are communicated with each other, and each inflating pore net is provided with inflating openings disposed on the outer surface of the corresponding gypsum half mold. The invention further discloses a method for manufacturing the low-pressure quick drainage mold. Compared with an existing method which is used for manufacturing a mold by means of drying the mold for 7 days to 8 days at the temperature of 50 DEG C, the method is used for manufacturing the mold by means of inflating the gypsum half molds for about 30 minutes after the gypsum half molds are molded and released from a female mold and then drying the gypsum half molds for 1 day to 2 days at the temperature of 50 DEG C, and then the gypsum half mol |
