Nickel-free corrosion-resistant ferrite soft-magnetic stainless steel is made into a T-shaped cup-shaped magnetic yoke. A rare earth neodymium iron boron permanent magnet is placed in the magnetic yoke and closely joins with the recess at the bottom of the magnetic yoke. A high-nitrogen nickel-free austenite nonmagnetic stainless steel round thin sheet is embedded into the T-shaped cup-shaped magnet yoke, tightly joints with the other surface of the magnet, and forms a plane with the open end of the magnetic yoke.
