The method comprises the following steps: melting a material in a tungsten crucible in an electric-arc heating manner and injecting argon in the tungsten crucible through a pulse gas control system, so that the differential pressure between the tungsten crucible and the outside is relatively large, so that molten metal is jetted from a hole in the bottom part of the tungsten crucible; controlling the size of jetted molten drops through adjusting the pulse frequency and adjusting an injection manner of the argon to realize the effect of jetting the molten drops dropwise or uniformly and continuously jetting; controlling the falling height of the molten drops through adjusting the position of a lifting platform; and controlling the temperature of a base body through combining a thermoelectric couple and a temperature controller by heating equi |
